ONE-STEPS
Start all attacks with a right straight punch
Should be practiced with a
left straight punch also.

1.
From READY STANCE,
step back with
right foot into a short front stance while executing a left high block, with a
right palm-heel to face simultaneously (3
points), add right toe kick to his left
knee (3 points),
add left knife-hand strike to right side of his neck (3
points), add right elbow smash to
his face (3 points), follow-up with choke or takedown with control
hold (5 points). (Total
17 points)
2.
From READY STANCE,
move right foot 45 degrees into a
RIGHT FRONT STANCE and execute a LEFT KNIFE-HAND FOREARM BLOCK and a RIGHT
KNIFE-HAND STRIKE to neck level (4
points), add left elbow
smash to his face (3 points), add by
pulling head down into a
left knee strike to face (3 points),
finish with control hold or choke out (4 points).
(Total 14 points)
3.
From READY STANCE,
move right foot 45 degrees to right into a
HORSE STANCE and execute a LEFT KNIFE-HAND FOREARM BLOCK and a RIGHT CENTER
PUNCH (3 points), then do a RIGHT SIDE-SNAP KICK to his
left knee (3 points), grab his left hand and apply a finger bend-back into a control hold
or choke out (4 points). (Total
10 points)
4.
From a READY STANCE,
step backwards with left foot into a
HORSE STANCE and execute a RIGHT OUTSIDE-IN FOREARM BLOCK -- RIGHT BACK-FIST to
face (3 points) -- RIGHT HAMMER-FIST to
groin (3 points); execute
SLIDE-THRU HAMMERLOCK to his left arm (3
points), add
left or right knee to face (4 points).

From a READY STANCE,
step backwards with left foot into a
HORSE STANCE and execute a RIGHT OUTSIDE-IN FOREARM BLOCK --- RIGHT BACKFIST to
face (3 points) --- Shift right foot into a FRONT
STANCE with a LEFT PALM HEEL STRIKE to solar plexus (3
points) --- PIVOT to LEFT FRONT
STANCE with a RIGHT POWER RIDGEHAND STRIKE to head level (5

and turn it into a GRAB with that

CRESCENT KICK to elbow (4 points)
--- RIGHT SIDE-THRUST KICK to ribs (4
points) --- RIGHT JUMP
SIDE-THRUST KICK to head (4 points).

OUTER FOREARM KNIFE-HAND BLOCK and a RIGHT REVERSE PUNCH to rib cage (4
points); add
SLIDE-THRU HAMMERLOCK to his LEFT ARM (3
points); switch
to GOOSE-NECK on left arm (3 points), then
into FINGER-LOCKS (3 points), into ARM-BAR
takedown using left arm (7 points).
