Lifetime fee: $35.00 It will show as a payment for 5 years but disregard this. Each NEW LIFETIME MEMBER will be sent an ISA Membership Certificate, ISA ID CARD and Official ISA 4" Patch. We will process your application after receiving the membership fee. You may send a Personal Check or Money Order made out to: GEORGE PETROTTA Mail to this address: 137 Timberlake Drive Florence, SC 29501 USA or use our PayPal account. Whichever option you use to pay the fee, you must still fill out our application form here! NOTE: YOU MUST SEND A 2" X 2" PASSPORT PHOTO ALONG WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
