OBSERVATION TO THE ATHLETES:
· Feeding due to the same ones in the place · Lodging will be offered free in academies. (to take bed clothes). Ø The value of the Registration is an only rate that to give right to the athlete to participate in all the modalities of the event

COMPETITION FOR TEAM
1 - Presentation for teams liberates (each team will have up to 10 minutes to come demonstrating techniques of the hapkido). 2 - Kiokpasull presentation (each team will have up to 15 minutes to prepare and to presentation-just execute it wood with free gauge).
INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION / COUPLE
1 - Personal defense - Hoshinsull (each couple will have to present from 03 to 05 techniques). 2 - Rion free with weapons (the competitor had only come with a weapon type). 3 - Jumps and rolamentos - Napop (it will be eliminated the athlete that the arbitration to judge risk the physical integrity of the same)
BASIC RULES OF THE COMPETITION

- General penalties for modality
1 - Presentation for free team and to break (not to respect the certain time will be eliminated. A whistle will be sounded concluding the presentation). 2 - Personal defense (not to surpass the maximum of 05 techniques, a whistle will be sounded concluding the presentation). 3 - Jumps distance and height (it will be eliminated the athlete that is taking risk your physical integrity decided by the arbitration - the fall technique belongs to the athlete it can roll or to beat, just that your physical integrity is preserved). 4 - Rion with weapons (it will be eliminated the athlete that to use other weapon type of what was the initiate in the presentation). 5 - Fights - it will be eliminated the athlete automatically that not to respect the decision of the arbitration, of respecting your opponent or anybody present in the place, to attack your opponent deliberately (former: I beat in the face, kicks in the genitália and / or verbalmente), athlete that has your technician above with the same procedure.

AWARD
1 - All the competitors will receive medal and participation certificate
2 - Individual category will be rewarded the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places with medals or small trophies;
3 - Trophies for it equips them 1st ,2ª,3ª,4ª and 5th placed
4 - Punctuation (it will be resolved the placement of the teams for the individual participation (it struggles / rion with weapon-jump height-jump distances)
5 - Exempt delegation boss of registration in case he is an athlete
6 - Dobok - clean, in the color and pattern of your style and with shield of the association (masters liberate) it won't be allowed to the athlete to compete without shield.

Salvador:

destination for international tourism. Famous for its history, for the legacy
left by people from other continents, for the religious syncretism and for its
hospitable people, the capital of the state of Bahia has staged and has been the
object of several studies, conducted by professionals from different fields. It
also draws visitors from everywhere, who arrive in the city seduced by the best
kind of advertisement there is: The word –of-mouth.
São Paulo:
Think of the city of São Paulo as the Brazilian Big Apple, only sweeter, with 13 million people just like another big city. A dominant political force, Paulistanos (those who lives in city of SP) like to say they work for the rest of the Brazil. The state of São Paulo (of which city is capital) produces 62% of the country’s sugar, 33% of coffee, 50% of fruit exports and 70% of the country’s wealth passes though Paulista Ave. (major business street in SP city). The São Paulo Convention and Visitors Bureau actively completes on the international markets. Also, the hearts of the theater, film, and literary are here, as the country’s finest museums are in São Paulo. The mix of the culture has produced some of the most cosmopolitan menus in Brazil; Brazilian food is healthy, colorful, and delicious with its 3,000 restaurants and 3,500 bars. São Paulo is a city where you can find an excellent dinner at 4:00 a.m. End of July in Brazil is like February in Los Angeles. We recommend to all participants to bring light sweater and jacket. Rio de JaneiroRio de Janeiro is the most famous and known city to world tourist and second biggest city in Brazil. Rio is unique among the cities of the world in that most of its important landmarks are natural rather than man-made: Corcovado Mountain, with its imposing status of Christ the Redeemer; Sugar Loaf Mountain, standing guard at Guanabara Bay; Copacabana and Ipanema Beaches, that irrepressible stretch of sand as alive in legend as it is in fact. Rio is located 400 km (250 miles) northeast from São Paulo. Foz do IguaçuThe FIELDING Experienced Travel Guides, written by Pamela Bloom, cotes that “Niagara Fall has been called a ‘trickle in God’ compared to the torrential thunder of Iguacu Falls”, the second most important tourist site in Brazil. The Iguacu Fall were discovered in 1525 by the Spanish explorer Alvaro N. Vaca, the Iguacu River inches its way westward over a 745 mile journey, slowly coalescing its tributaries and small streams until-just before it merges with great Parana River-it plunges passionate over an 2,624 ft. high cliff. What makes such a spectacular view is not just one character, but 275 interlinking ones that form a horseshoe torrent around the semi circular cliff. Part of a National Park ostensibly protected by environmental guideline, the Fall are located near the town, Foz Iguacu, it has Itaipu Dam, the world’s largest hydroelectric station.
